OTTER'S BEND LODGE

Three family cabins are nestled under trees between the riverbank and vegetable garden, each offering its own unique character. Our open-plan cabins are ideal for families or groups, accommodating up to four adults.

Secluded and Wheelchair-Friendly Cabin

Tucked away overlooking the forested riverbank, Paradise Flycatcher offers its guests quiet and seclusion. Watch for the Flycatcher as it flits from branch to branch, as the woodpecker makes its way up the oak trunk or a shy genet peeping round the corner or up over the crest of the bank.

Paradise is a self-contained unit popular as a romantic escape but suitable for families or groups of no more than 4 adults.

Cosy Cabin with Ivy-Covered Fence

At the edge of the lawn, Hadeda is one step away from its ivy archway entrance. Double doors open onto a small outdoor deck. The whispering of the shady poplars enhances this quiet, wooded relaxation spot.

Enjoy the scuttle of squirrels and the flutter of birds in the dappled shade. Hadeda is a self-contained unit suitable for families or groups of no more than 4 adults.

Largest Cabin with Shady Seating Area

With its slightly split-level room, and decked outdoor seating, Mongoose is the largest family room offering more space to its guests both indoors and out.

Pear trees stand as reminders of the original orchard, a Rhus tree offers its shade as a row of growing yellowwoods offer the promise of seclusion to come. It is a self-contained unit suitable for families or groups of no more than 4 adults.
